摘要
本试验的目的就是通过一系列的试验,研究滤片在铸件浇注与振动落砂后,不同的滤渣片量与不同的滤渣片颗粒混入型砂后对型砂性能的影响规律.试验采用的方法是:向型砂中加入不同量、不同粒度的滤片,然后检测型砂性能,最后将不同情况下的型砂性能加以比较而得出结论,为生产实际应用滤渣片提供可靠的数据.研究结果表明:仅当滤渣片粒度与型砂粒度相近时,其加入量的大小对型砂性能的影响是比较小的,否则,其影响是不可以忽略的.
The purpose of our experiment is to study the effects of flow-rite ceramic filter from HP company on the properties of molding sands after the filter was pouring and shaking. Some particles are mixed in the molding sands. The experiment adopts to add different amount and different grain size into the molding sand to measure the nature. All this can provide a reliable data for application of ceramics filter into foundry. The experiment results show that used ceramic filters have little effect on the properties of the molding sands only when their grain size is very near that of the molding sands; otherwise, not.
