摘要 肿瘤基因疫苗是肿瘤主动特异性免疫治疗的核心。本文就肿瘤基因疫苗的构建、靶基因的选择以及免疫效应等方面的研究进展作一综述。 Tumor gene vaccines play a very important vole in the active specific immunotherapy. This article briefly reviews how to construct tumor gene vaccines, choose the target gene and induce immune response.
