甲壳质医用敷料对兔深Ⅱ度烧伤创面愈合的影响 被引量:5

摘要 目的探讨外用甲壳质医用敷料对兔深Ⅱ度烧伤创面愈合的影响。方法采用兔深Ⅱ度烧伤模型,创面外用甲壳质敷料,通过伤后不同时相点创面取材,检测羟脯氨酸(OHP)、细胞周期、创面愈合时间及组织病理形态学改变,以外用凡士林组作对照,观察甲壳质对兔深Ⅱ度烫伤创面愈合的影响。结果甲壳质组创面OHP含量及S期细胞百分明显高于凡士林组;创面愈合时间,甲壳质组优于凡士林组(P<0.05),提示甲壳质对促进创面愈合有帮助。病理形态提示甲壳质组上皮细胞和成纤维细胞增殖良好。结论甲壳质有明显的促进创面愈合作用,局部OHP含量增高,S期细胞百分比升高,创面愈合时间缩短。 Objective To investigate the effect of chintin dressing on the deep second degree sc alded wounds of rabbits.Methods The deep second degree scalded wounds of rabbits were treated by chintin dressing and vaselin dressing(control),respectively.The wound healing times,the content of hydroxyprolin e(OHP),the cycle of cells as well as the path ological changing of the wound tissu es were examinated at different points post scalded.So as to value the effect of chintin dressing on the healing of the deep second degree scalded wounds of rabbits.Results Compared with the vaselin dressing g roup,The healing time of the chintin dressing group(17.30±1.14days)was shorter than the vaselin dressing group(20.34±1.69days,P<0.05),Compared with the vaselin dressing group,the content of OHP was obviously higher.The peak of the S-stage cell p ercentage of chintin dressing group appeared early than the vaselin dressing group(P<0.05)in wounds.It was indicated by histopathologic examination that the proliferation conditions of epithelium an d fibroblast cells were much better i n chintin dressing group.Conclusion External using chintin dressing on t he deep second degree scalded wounds of rabbits could improve the wound condition and shorten the healing time.
