摘要
目的探讨脑损伤早期脑皮质神经细胞膜5-HT受体活性变化规律及其对外伤性脑水肿的影响。方法采用放射配基分析方法检测脑损伤早期不同时间的脑皮质神经细胞膜5-HT受体活性,应用干湿重法检测同时限脑组织水含量。结果脑损伤后0.5h脑皮质神经细胞膜5-HT受体显著增加,伤后24h降至最低,48h仍未恢复正常,同时限的脑水含量明显增加。结论脑损伤早期脑皮质神经细胞膜5-HT受体活性变化是外伤性脑水肿发生发展的重要因素。
Objective To demonstrate the effect of the change of5-HT receptor activity in cerebral cortex neurous on traumatic brain edema in early stage of brain injury.Method The5-HT receptors were measured with the radio-ligand binding assay and the water contents of brain tissue were measured by dry-wet method at different interval in early stage of brain injury.Result The5-HT receptors increased remarkably at0.5h,then fell off,but they were still remarkably different from the control group at48h in brain injury.The brain water contents increased remarkably in the same time.Conclusion The change of5-HT receptor activity in cerebral cortex neurons in early stage of brain injury may be an important factor in the production and development of traumatic brain edema.
