摘要
用IVF冷速测量仪测定了 10种不同淬火油的冷却曲线和试样淬火后的硬度数值 ,通过比较发现 ,由Segerberg公式计算的淬火介质硬化能力和实际硬度的对应关系较从膜沸腾向泡沸腾转变的温度和最大冷速的对应关系为好 ,而且对碳钢的符合性比对合金钢的好 .基于“保证淬硬的关键是在特定区间的冷速要足够快”这一思想 ,分别针对碳钢和合金钢 ,提出了Segerberg的修正公式 .试验结果表明 ,修正公式的符合性优于原公式 .
The cooling curves of 10 different kinds of quenching oils and the hardness of samples quenched in the oils have been measured. It was shown that the hardening power calculated from Segerberg formula gave better agreement with test results than the transition temperature from vapor stage to boiling stage and the maximum cooling speed. The hardening power also showed a better agreement with the measured value for carbon steel than for alloy steel. Based on the idea ''Keeping rapid cooling within a specific temperature range that varies with different steels is a key for steel hardening', revised formulae for carbon and alloy steels were put forward respectively. Test results suggest that the revised formulae are better than the original ones.
