摘要
分析了引发爽岛电站的水轮机 (HLA2 4 4 -LJ - 15 0 )汽蚀严重 ,水轮机效率低 ,出力达不到额定值等问题的原因 ,介绍了应用现代水轮机设计技术 ,改造适合爽岛电厂运行条件的JF315 9A转轮。该转轮的效率 ,抗汽蚀性能及出力均比原转轮有明显的提高 ,并纠正了机组选型设计造成的偏差 。
The author analyzed the causes of problems which caused hydraulic turbine efficiency low, cavitation seriously, etc., and introduced the application of current hydraulic turbine design technology. They rebuilt the turbine runner JF3159A. That corrected the deviation, raised TR efficiency and got obvious economic benefit.
