摘要
在分析研究现有的水轮机蜗壳设计理论的基础上 ,对蜗壳在不同工况下的内部流动情况进行了三维不可压定常粘性流动的数值模拟。基于 N-S方程和标准的κ-ε模型 ,采用贴体坐标、非结构化网格和 SIMPL E算法 ,对蜗壳内部流动进行了计算分析 ,其结果与实验值吻合 ,可作为蜗壳优化和固定导叶设计、改型的依据。
This paper deals with the numerical simulation of internal flows through the spiral case. Numerical simulation model of the three dimensional viscous flow in casing and stay vanes is based on the solution of Navier Stokes equations with the standard model of turbulence k ε. The body fitted curvilinear coordinate and the SIMPLE algorithm is adopted. The governing equations are discretizated hit no staggered grid by means of finite volume method. The research results coincide with the experiment values. The analysis can be used to improve and optimize the design of spiral casing stay vane and wicket gates.
