摘要
通过对热区切头锯的迷宫密封原理、结构特点、影响迷宫密封泄漏的因素以及迷宫密封间隙的控制进行分析和研究 ,并通过多次试验 ,揭示了控制切头锯迷宫密封泄漏的关键是增大低压腔的体积以及选择合适的迷宫间隙。
The principle of labyrinth seal,the structure characteristics,the factors affecting the leakage of the labyrinth seal and the clearance control of the labyrinth seal for the cutting end saw in hot rolling area are researched.It is discovered that the key of leakage control of the labyrinth seal for the cutting end saw is increasing the volume of the low preasure lacuna and choosing proper clearance of the labyrinth.
