摘要
国有股减持对发展我国资本市场具有重要意义 ,而减持价格如何确定是市场各方分歧的焦点。本文对现有的国有股减持方案的价格确定机制进行比较分析 。
Planned sales of state-held shares are of great importance to develop or expand domestic capital market.However,disputes arise when concerning selling price.This paper offers an analysis on the comparison among current price fixing systems and puts forward some recommendations accordingly.
