摘要
利用平皿计数法和其他传统方法,研究了复合垂直流构建湿地基质微生物数量的季节变化以及它们与污水净化效果的相关性.结果表明,不同月份复合垂直流构建湿地基质中的微生物数量也不相同;构建湿地净化污水的过程中,下行流池发挥了主要作用;构建湿地基质中微生物数量与污水中的KN以及CODCr的去除率存在显著相关性,说明微生物的活动是它们去除的主要途径;构建湿地基质中的微生物数量与TSS以及TP的去除率没有明显的相关性,这说明TSS和TP的去除有其他途径.本研究为进一步利用构建湿地处理污水提供了依据.
With plate counting and other traditional methods, the changes of number of microorganism in different months in the integrated vertical constructed wetland (IVCW) substrate and their correlation with wastewater purification effects were studied. The results indicate: number of microorganism in the substrate in different months is different; downflow chamber has very important function during purifying the wastewater in constructed wetland; there is significant correlation between number of microorganism in constructed wetland substrate and removal rates of KN and CODCr in the wastewater, showing that the action of microorganism probably is the main way of their removal; number of microorganism in the substrate is not interrelated markedly to removal rates of TSS and TP, showing that there probably exists another way for their removal. This research provides basis for further study.
