摘要
本文报导在植物贮藏器官一大蒜鳞茎中首次发现长寿命mRNA。该长寿命mRNA贮存有鳞茎萌发和幼苗早期生长所需的信息,能够转译过氧化物酶和细胞色素氧化酶同工酶。
By the experiments with actinomycin D and cycloheximide,it was proved forthe first time that long-lived mRNA exit in the storage organ of plant,bulbs ofA.sativum.The long-lived mRNA siored in bulbs contained enough information forgrowing of leaves and roots in early stage,and for translating isoenzymes of per-oxide and cytochrome oxidase in leaves.
