摘要
目的 :本文对人工耳蜗植入手术相关的部分解剖结构进行了观察、测量 ,找出与手术相关的因素 ,为临床开展人工耳蜗植入手术提供理论参考。方法 :取成人颞骨 4 0侧 (左 2 3,右 17) ,在手术显微镜下观察、测量了锥隆起及面神经管的高度、面神经隐窝和鼓室窦的深度。结果 :锥隆起的高度为 2 .2± 0 .0 7mm,面神经骨管的高度为 3.8± 0 .1mm,面神经隐窝的深度为 1.8± 0 .0 9mm,鼓室窦的深度为 2 .9± 0 .11mm,统计学表明锥隆起与面神经隐窝有极显著的相关关系。结论 :锥隆起不仅为后鼓室的重要解剖标志 ,也为面神经第二膝、茎突复合体、四个隐窝和五个骨嵴的解剖标志 ,并且锥隆起越高面神经隐窝相应的越深。本研究数据为中耳手术提供了更多的参考信息。
Objective: To investigate the correlation parameters of temple bone structure in the surgery of cochlear implantation. Method: Forty temple bones were dissected and measured the parameters of the height of pyramidal eminence, the height of facial nerve canal, the depth of facial nerve recess and the depth of posterior mastoid sinus. Results: The average height of pyramidal eminence was 2.2±0.07mm, the height of facial nerve canal was 3.8±0.1mm, the average depth of facial nerve recess was 1.8±0.09mm and the depth of the posterior mastoid sinus was 2.9±0.11mm. It suggested that the height of pyramidal eminence were correlated with depth of the posterior tympanic sinus. Conclusion: The pyramidal eminence is a very important landmark for identify the posterior mastoid sinus. The height of pyramidal eminence was correlation with depth of posterior mastoid sinus. The measurements of parameters of facial nerve recess are important significance for the surgery of cochlear implantation. These parameters should be beneficial to avoid the traumatic of the facial nerve when surgery.
