摘要
哈大电铁投运后将因不全相运行影响电力系统的三相平衡 ,为了减小三相不平衡的影响程度 ,设计时选择了与系统联系紧密的变电所作为外部供电电源。针对谐波问题 ,除采用为电铁专门研制的 2套数字保护外 ,提出对供电变电所进行扩容改造 ,提高短路容量 ,增加其承载能力 。
After going into operation of Haerbin Dalian electrified railroad the 3 phase balance of power system will be influenced due to the open phase operation. In order to reduce the influence degrees of 3 phase unbalance,the substations tightly connected to the system had been selected for the outer source of power supply.Focusing to the problems of harmonics,in addition to adopt two sets of digital protection specially researched for electrified railroad,the suggestions were put forward:the extension reform for power supply substations to raise the short circuit capacities and increase their loading capabilities;or the selection of independant large capacity pivot substation for centralized power supply.
