摘要
利用 4A分子筛作脱水剂研究了 2 -萘甲醚的合成反应。考察了浓硫酸的加料方式、浓硫酸和 4A分子筛的用量及反应时间等因素对 2 -萘甲醚得率的影响。研究结果表明 :4A分子筛可以使反应时间缩短为 4 h,但对浓硫酸的用量没有影响。在最佳工艺条件下 2 -萘甲醚的得率可提高到 93.0 %以上。
methoxynaphthanlene was synthesized with 4A molecular sieve as catalysts. The influences of the adding methods of concentrated sulfuric acid, mass contens of sulfuric acid and 4A molecular sieve and reaction time on the yield of 2 methoxynaphthalene were investi gated. It was determined that using 4A molecular sieve, the reaction only last for 4 hours and the mass content of concentrated sulfuric acid is likly not required specially. Under the optimal conditions the yield of 2 methoxynaphthanlene was up to 93.0%.
