Nanocomposite Rare-Earth Permanent Magnets

摘要 综述了近年来稀土永磁材料发展的一个热点方向———纳米复合稀土永磁材料 ,分析了硬磁相与软磁相的交换耦合作用 ;对当前制备纳米复合稀土永磁材料的方法 ,如机械合金化、熔体快淬法、磁控溅射法和HDDR法等进行了简单介绍 ; The hottest subject about rare-earth permanent magnets-nanocomposite permanent magnets was reviewed in this article.The exchange-coupling of hard and soft magnetic phases was analyzed.The processing and properties of the nanocomposite permanent magnet,especially Nd-Fe-B-type were also invesigated,such as mechanical alloying,melt spinning,magnetic sparking and HDDR processes.The methods to improve the properties of nanocomposite permanent magnet were also discussed.
