摘要
通过对矿井排水装置特性分析 ,得出水泵的效率特性并不能表征装置效率或吨水百米电耗的结论 ,水泵效率最高时的工况既不是装置最高工况 ,也不是吨水百米电耗最低工况。因此 ,无论在运行和设计中应尽量使工况朝大流量方向移动以提高效率、降低能耗。
According to character's analysis of shaft drainage set drawing a conclusion of character's efficiency of shaft.It doesn't show set efficiency or character of a ton water was lifted a hundred meters which get the power.The highest efficiency of shaft's work condition which is neither the highest work condition of set nor the lowest work condition of a ton water was lifted a hundred meters which get the power.So in the moving and designing,it tries its best to move towards a large rate of flow for work condition in order to improve efficiency and reduce power's consume.
