摘要
我国加入WTO后,其WTO规则将对我国工程造价管理、咨询机构和从业人员等带来一定影响。文章在分析入世后我国现行工程计价、定价模式面临的挑战及其影响的基础上,提出了相应对策和建议。
After Cchina joined WTO,our construction costs management,advisory bodies and mployees will to some extent be affected by WTO rules.This paper analyzes the challenges and ettects that our present construction valuation,pricing modes will face after china joined WTO,and then puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions .
