几种磷氮型润滑油添加剂的摩擦行为及其摩擦化学机制的研究 被引量:4

摘要 对3种氮杂环的磷氮型润滑油添加剂的摩擦性能进行了研究,用X射线光电子能谱仪和电子探针分析了摩擦表面。结果表明:PN1添加剂的综合摩擦学性能最好,当其加入量为0.20%时,四球磨斑直径最小,摩擦系数最低,同时具有较高的最大无卡咬负荷,磨斑表面较光滑,磨痕较窄;元素磷的分布不均匀,而元素氮的分布较均匀。摩擦化学反应膜中元素的XPS分析结果表明,添加剂添加量增大时,添加剂在摩擦过程中发生明显的氧化磨损,摩擦表面上O—C=O类化合物明显增多。 The tribological performances of the phosphorus-nitrogen type lube oil additives were investigated on the four-ball tester. The chemical composition and the structure of the tribochemical reacting film were analyzed by using XPS and SEM. The results showed that the PN additive was the best, its wear scar diameter was the smallest and the coefficient of friction was the lowest as well as higher PB value at an additive dosage of 0.20%. The XPS and SEM analysis also illustrated that when the additive dosage increased, obvious oxidative attack was occurred on the additive, and the O—C=O compounds were increased on the rubbing surface.
