摘要
研究了反应温度、空速、苯 /烯摩尔比对催化剂失活机理的影响。反应温度对催化剂失活机理产生影响 ,而空速及苯 /烯摩尔比的变化对催化剂失活机理不产生影响。氢气法不能使失活催化剂再生 ,提出了氧气法再生工艺的适宜条件。
The catalyst deactivation mechanism and regeneration process of a modified HY zeolite for benzene alkylation with propylene was investigated.Reaction temperature is the main factor that affects catalyst deactivation mechanism.The effect of space velocity of reactants and mole ratio of benzene to propylene is insignificant.Moreover,catalyst regeneration with oxygen is found to be more effective tha n with hydrogen.
