摘要
在钻探生产中经常遇到砂卵石层,砂卵石层中石英含量高,坚硬,研磨性强,形状各异,大小不一,钢粒钻进和硬质合金钻进都不适用钻进砂卵石层;普通金刚石钻头钻进中窜动厉害,对钻头胎体冲击大,钻头磨损特别快,寿命低,而且容易掉块,给钻进带来麻烦,使钻进成本上升。针对砂卵石地层特点,提出研制适用于砂卵石层金刚石钻头的设计与制造思路。
During the process of drilling, the sand &. scree stratum is often encountered, and in this layer there are a lot of quartzes that are very hard and rubbing, and shapes & sizes are not same, so steel grains and horniness alloy drilling are not fit for this the stratum! Using normal diamond bits to drill the stratum, bit matrix endures big impact, then bit is abraded rapidly and its longevity is very low, then bit loses blocks easily, so improve the drilling cost. Aim at the characteristics of sand & scree stratum; this paper puts forward thoughts of designing and producing diamond bits that apply the stratum. (By Shi Xi
