摘要
本实验主要研究用70mg/L浓度的6-DMAP(二甲基氨基嘌呤)对太平洋牡蛎的受精卵进行三倍体诱导,研究受精卵的密度对诱导效果的影响,以及诱导后受精卵的孵化率和畸形率。实验结果表明:当受精卵的密度为4万个/ml时三倍体率最高,相应的孵化率最高,综合来看,4万/ml的卵密度是生产上较好的受精卵处理密度。
Triploid induction of pacific oyster was performed with 6-DMAP whose, concentration was 70 mg/L, in order to study the effect of zygote density on induction and on the hatching rate and deformation rate afrer induction. The results show that both the triploid and hatching rates were the highest when the zygote density was 40000/ml. It may thas be concluded that, in general, a density of 40000/ml is ideal in practical production.
