摘要
目的:观察星状神经节、肩胛上神经阻滞及天宗穴封闭治疗肩手综合征患者的临床效果。方法:按照入院先后随机分为治疗组(30例)和对照组(29例),治疗组采用星状神经节、肩胛上神经阻滞及天宗穴封闭治疗,对上肢疼痛、水肿及掌指关节活动度、皮色、肩部症状进行评定。对照组采用常规药物治疗。结果:治疗组患者经治疗后,肩部疼痛和肿胀明显改善,上肢综合功能评定积分明显高于治疗前(P<0.01),治疗组与对照组比较,临床症状积分配对进行t检验有显著差异(P<0.01)。结论:本方法治疗肩手综合征安全、简便、有效。
Objective: To study and observe the clinical effect of treating shoulder-hand syndrome by blocking stellate ganglion,suprascapular nerve and T’ientsung. Methods:The patients of shoulder-hand syndrome were divided at random into treating group(30 cases) and control group(29 cases) in sequence of their admission date. Those from the treating group were treated by blocking stellate ganglion, suprascapular nerve and T’ientsung. An assessment was made after an observation was taken of upper limb pain and edema, mobility of metacarpophalangeal joint, skin color and shoulder symptoms. Those from the control group were treated with the conventional method and ordinary medicine. Results:shoulder pain and tumefaction of those from the treating group were much relieved after they had been treated and their accumulated marks of assessment for general function of upper limbs were remarkably higher than before treatment(P<0.01). There was a notable difference in matched-pair test of accumulated marks of clinical symptoms between the treating group and the control group(P<0.01). Conclusion:The method of treating shoulder-hand syndrome mentioned above is a safe, simple and effective one for treating shoulder-hand syndrome.
