摘要
采用Powell改进算法对直齿圆柱齿轮进行了优化设计 ,并采用数学模型转换的方法使迭代次数减少 ,收敛速度提高 ,求解易于成功 .设计结果表明 ,圆柱齿轮的重量明显减轻 .
The optimal design on straight tooth cylindrical gear by improving algorithm with Powell is given. The iteration time is reduced by means of mathematical model transition, and the convergence speed is increased. The resolution is easy to success. The design result shows that the weight of cylindrical gear is clearly reduced.
