摘要
本文描述了来流条件和几何形状对大功率汽轮机低压排汽系统内部复杂三维流动的影响,研究了均匀和畸变两种来流条件下某排汽系统的气动性能;根据实际运行环境下高性能透平排汽系统的气动设计原则设计了新的排汽系统,用数值模拟的方法对新设计进行了气动性能分析并与原设计进行了对比。
This paper describes the influences of inflow conditions and geometrical shape on the complex 3D flows inside low-pressure exhaust systems of large steam turbines. The aerodynamic performance of an LP exhaust at clean and distorted inflows was investigated. A new exhaust was made according to the aerodynamic design criteria for high-performance exhaust systems in actual operational environments. The aerodynamic performance of the new exhaust was analyzed by means of numerical simulation and compared with that of the original one.
