大鼠湿阻中焦证红细胞免疫功能变化及平胃散的影响 被引量:9

摘要 目的 观察湿阻中焦证大鼠红细胞免疫功能的变化 ,并探索燥湿运脾方药平胃散对它的影响。方法 将大鼠分为正常对照组、湿阻造模组、平胃散高、中、低剂组、加泽泻组、不造模给药组等 7组 ,采用郭峰法测定各组大鼠红细胞C3b受体花环率 (RBC -C3bRR)和红细胞免疫复合物花环率 (RBC -ICR)的变化。结果 与正常对照组比较 ,湿阻造模组大鼠RBC -C3bRR和RBC -ICR明显降低 ,有极显著性差异 (P <0 .0 0 1) ;不造模给药组的RBC -C3bRR和RBC -ICR亦明显降低 ,有显著性差异 (P <0 .0 0 1)。与湿阻造模组比较 ,平胃散高剂组RBC -C3bRR稍降低 ,无显著性差异 (P >0 .5 ) ;平胃散中、低剂组及加泽泻组的RBC -C3bRR有所增高 ,无显著性差异 (P >0 .0 5 ) ;高、中、低剂组及加泽泻组RBC -ICR皆明显增高 ,有显著性差异 (P <0 .0 0 1)。结论 湿阻中焦证大鼠红细胞免疫原发性功能低下 ;平胃散中、低剂量对模型大鼠的红细胞免疫功能有逐渐恢复的趋势 ,高剂量对模型大鼠的红细胞免疫有一定的抑制作用 ;对正常大鼠的红细胞免疫功能 。 Objective To observe the changes of erythrocyte immune function in syndrome of accumulation of dampness in middle-jiao in rats,and probe into the effects of pingweisan prescription for drying dampness and strengthening the spleen on it.Methods The rats were divided into seven groups:control group,model group,three Pingweisan groups(high dosage,middle dosage,low dosage),adding Zexie group and the control group given Pingweisan.The erythrocyte C 3b receptor rosette rate (RBC-C 3b RR)and the erythrocyte immune complex rosette rate(RBC-ICR)were measured by GuoFeng method.Results RBC-C 3b RR and RBC-ICR in the model group were significantly lower than in the control group(P<0.001).RBC-C 3b RR in the high dosage group were slightly lower than in the model group(P>0.5).RBC-C 3b RR in the middle,low dosage group and adding Zexie group were slightly higher than in the model group(P>0.05).RBC-ICR in the high?middle?low dosage group and adding Zexie group were significantly higher than in the model group(P<0.001).RBC-C 3b RR and RBC-ICR in the control group given Pingweisan were significantly lower than in the control group(P<0.001).Conclusion The erythrocyte immune function in syndrome of accumulation of dampness in middle-jiao was originally lower.The middle and low dosage of Pingweisan can recover the erythrocyte immune function of the model rats gradually,but the high dosage can inhibit the erythrocyte immune in the model rats slightly.Pingweisan can inhibit the erythrocyte immune in the control rats significantly.
