摘要
在pH2.2的HCl-NH_4Ac缓冲溶液中,Ga、In与邻菲啰啉、β—巯基丙酸(MPA)生成的多元配合物,分别在电位-0.95V及-0.67V(υs、SCE)处产生一灵敏的吸附波。Ga、In的检测下限分别为0.002μg/ml及0.0002μg/ml,波高与Ga、In浓度分别在0.005—0.8μg/ml及0.0004—0.6μg/ml之间呈线性关系。探讨了极谱波的性质。应用于化探样品中痕量Ga、In的测定,结果满意。
It has been found that multicomponent complexes of Ga and In with 1, 10-phenanthroline-β-mercapto-propionic acid (MPA) produces sensitive adsor-ptive waves and peak potentials of -0.95 V and -0.67 V (vs. SCE) in a buffer solution of HCl-NH4Ac (pH 2.2) respectively. The detection limits are 0.002 μg/ml Ga and 0.0002 μg/ml In. Linear relationships between wave heights and concentrations were obtained in the range of 0.005-0.8 μg/ml Ga and 0.0004-0.6 μg/ml In. The behaviour of the polarographic waves was studied. The method has been used for the determination of trace Ga and In in geo-chemical materials.
