摘要
提出了两种易于微小型化的压电式管内移动机构。该机构利用压电陶瓷的逆压电效应产生振动 ,通过振子的共振在驱动足前端产生椭圆运动 ,驱动机构在管道内运动。利用分割设计法和有限元方法对机构进行了设计和分析 ,并制作了试验样机。初步的试验结果表明 。
In this paper,two kinds of piezoelectric in pipe locomotive mechanism,which is easy to realize miniaturization,are proposed.They generate vibration by the converse piezoelectric effect of piezoelectric ceramics,and form elliptic movement on the top of the driving feet when the vibrator is in resonance;and are driven to move in pipe.Based on segment design method and FEM method they have been designed,the prototypes are fabricated;the results of the experiment show that both of the two mechanisms move stably in pipeline.
