摘要
从产品的生命周期着手 ,阐明了虚拟设计的概念。利用集成工程设计分析软件I—DEAS ,对挤压板进行虚拟设计 ,并进行有限元分析 ,得出了挤压板的变形、应力分布图 ,为厂方提供了详实、可靠的设计数据。
Form the point of view of the product life cycle,the concept of virtual design is subscribed in this paper.A squeezing board is virtual designed by using the integrated engineering design and analysis software I-DEAS,the theory of the FEA(finite element analysis)is used to analyze the squeezing board,its stress and displacement is obtained.The detailed and reliable data is provided to the enterprise.
