摘要
在信息技术飞速发展的今天,介绍了网络中心战的概念、体系结构、优缺点和人员中心战的含义和紧迫性;从军事力量是系统对抗的观点出发,认为能够体现和融合网络中心战和人员中心战的有效方法是采用综合集成研讨厅体系的方法.这对如何在未来高技术信息战条件下搞好航天力量的理论研究和作战应用,具有一定的意义.
This paper introduces the concept of network\|centric warfare and its system structure. It also introduces the merits and defects of network\|centric warfare. The meanings and urgency of human\|centric warfare are present. Viewing military forces as a 'systems of systems' and visualizing war as a clash of opposing systems, the paper considers that the effective way to fuse network\|centric warfare and human\|centric warfare is to adopt the hall for workshop of meta\|synthesis engineering. And the method is useful to the constructive the space military theory and its operation application under the high\|tech information war in future.
