摘要 以组织培养和动物实验方法研究3种作用机理不同的抗HSV-1药物的耐受问题,结果HSV对IDU最易耐药,PFA次之,ACV耐药性最差。ACV和PFA耐药株没有交叉耐药性,IDU耐药株对ACV和PFA敏感性稍有下降,但对细胞的感染力未变。ACV治疗IDU耐药株的兔角膜炎有显著疗效,PFA的疗效不明显,IDU治疗可见明显耐药现象。 Drug-resistant mutants of herpes simplex virus (HSV) were studied with regard to three drugs-iodoxuridine (IDU), acyclovir (ACV) and phosphonoformie acid (PFA). IDU-resistant strain was induced readily, but the ACV-resistant strain with difficulty. The study on the cross-sensitlvity of drug-resistant mutants in vitro suggests that PFA and ACV-resistant stratus were sensitive and IDU-resistant one was less sensitive to alternatives. The topical ACV therapy was much more effective than PFA and IDU in suppressing acute herpetic keratitis induced by the IDU-resistant strain of HSV-Ⅰ in rabbit.
