摘要
目的 :总结我院近 10年 5 11项获奖成果的经验。 方法与结果 :采用回顾性分析方法 ,对获奖成果从学历、职称、学科建设等方面进行深入分析 ,发现成果奖获得与高学历、学科建设、学科带头人密切相关。重大成果奖成绩突出 ,大奖与小奖数量差别合理 ;奖项等级越高 ,成果创新程度越大 ,科学性越强 ;数量虽少 ,却是“精品” ,说明潜能巨大。 结论 :科技人员在科技政策指引下 ,积极参与科研工作。让创新思维多出成果 ,使管理产生效益 ,科研政策兑现 ,成果数质量在各大军区 (军兵种 )总医院中位居前列。
Objectives:To conclude the experience for getting the 511 award results in the past 10 years. Methods and Results:Adoption the review analysis technique,and versus to get the award result from the educational backgrounds,the reconstruction of courses and the title of a technical post to proceed deep into analyze,discoverd result awards acquiring with the high educational background,course reconstruction,the leaders of the courses were close correlation.The score of important result award is outstanding,the difference of magnitude bewteen great prizes and sterigma award is reasonable,and the awards rank is more high,result innovation is more big,and science is more strong,Although the magnitude is little,but they are 'exquisite article',it account for the latent bigness of statement. Conclusions:Scientific researchers are positively participate in scientific researchs under the technologies policy guide.Promoting the innovation thoughts coming out proptosis results,and make the handling produce performance,so the outstanding results of great grant technological researches located in the front row of the assembled military hospitals and received the praises from the military headquarters and the national technical department.
