摘要
发现了一种新型蛋白酶活性抑制剂。这种新的蛋白酶活性抑制剂为4 -甲酰苯基硼酸(4 -Formyl-Phenyl-BoronicAcid简称4 -FPBA ,下同。) ,它被作为新的酶稳定剂用在液体洗涤剂中以提高蛋白酶和其他类酶在液洗产品中的稳定性。4-FPBA与传统的蛋白酶稳定剂相比 ,效用高而添加量小 ,以至诺维信公司把它简单的合并到公司现有的蛋白酶产品中从而得到新的液洗用酶———SavinaseUltra16L/16XL。此新产品有如下优点 :①配方简化 ;②降低成本 ;③明显减少硼砂用量 ;④简化工艺过程。影响4-FPBA对蛋白酶活性抑制作用的因素也做了探讨 ,如高的pH和产品中乙醇胺类化合物(MEA ,TEA)对其的不利影响 ,结果显示pH=8~8
A new very effective inhibitor of proteases has been discovered.This inhibitor,4-FPBA(4-formyl phenyl boronic acid),is used as stabilizer in liquid detergents to increase the shelf stability of proteases and other enzymes in the liquid detergent.Due to a high efficiency,4-FPBA can be incorporated into the protease product:Savinase Ultra contains the new stabilizing molecule in addition to the well known protease Savinase which leads to the following benefits:1)Formulation optimization:The formulation can be optimized due to removal or reduction in level of traditional stabilizers as the enzyme product now contains the stabilizer.2)Cost savings:The removal or reduction in level of traditional stabilizers typically leads to cost savings.3) Reduced level of boric compounds:Below 0 1% of the new stabilizer will replace the 1 %~3 %boric acid normally used.4)Simpler manufacture processes:Savinase Ultra provides simpler manufacture processes with the decrease in number of ingredients and the elimination of boric acid avoiding the dissolving step for borax.The effect of 4-FPBA is influenced by different factors e.g.there is generally a higher effect of 4-FPBA when the content of ethanol amines (MEA,TEA)are low and at pH values below 9 5,preferably between 8 and 8 5.
