摘要
对切向分离器和管道分离器的内部流场进行了激光多谱勒 (L DA)技术的试验测试 ,得出了两种分离器的内部流场分布 ,确定了内外分离涡的分离边界。同时用计算流体动力学 (CFD)数值模拟了两者的内部流场。根据两种结果 ,对目前广泛使用的分离模型进行了评论 ,即以 Barth模型为代表的分离模型适合于切向分离器的性能预测 ,而 Rietem a模型却适合于管道分离器的性能预测。最后 ,对两种分离器进行了分离性能试验。论述了分离器内部流场对分离性能的影响。
The flowpatterns in the cyclone,both the tangential i nlet cyclone and the swirl tube separator,were detected with and analysed by Las er Doppler Anemometry (LDA).The flow field distributions were achieved and the c ylinder separation boundary between the inner and the outer vortex was figured o ut,and also the flowpatterns were simulated with Computational Fluid Dynamics (C FD) simulations.The model assumptions on the flowpattern in cyclones for predict ing the separation performance were critiqued.i.e.,the representative models bas ed on Barth model could be valuable for cyclone,and Rietema mainly can be used f or swirl tubes.Next,the two different kinds of cyclones were tested for the sepa ration performance.This paper reveals that the flowpattern in the conventional c yclone is better for the separation performance than in the swirl tube separator .
