摘要
以航空发动机应用为背景 ,研究了 M4 6 J/ QY891 1缠绕复合材料的预浸纱制备方法及性能 ,根据 M4 6 J特性 ,对现有的 GB332 6中纤维束力学性能测试试样的加强方式进行了改进 ,制作了 M4 6 J浸渍 QY891 1树脂的纤维束试样并测试其力学性能 ,同时与 M4 6 J浸渍环氧树脂的纤维束的力学性能进行比较。研究表明 ,不同树脂特性。
The process and the bundle properties of high performance M46J carbon fiber tow impregnated with QY8911 resin are studied, which is used for filament winding composites in the air-turbine. The strengthened ways of specimens for the bundle mechanical property test standardized in GB3326 in China are modified to get a satisfied break mode. The modified specimens of M46J impregnated with QY8911 resin and M46J impregnated with epoxy 648 resin are made. The bundle mechanical properties of M46J impregnated with QY8911 are obtained compared with those of M46J/epoxy 648 prepregged strands. Finally, discussions on effects of different resins, cure condition, pre-tension applied are carried out.
