摘要
分析了中国企业跨国并购的现状及发展趋势,指出了目前存在的主要问题,并对发展中国企业的跨国并购提出了政策调整性建议。
The authors analyze the current situation and developing trends of transnational M&A (mergers and acquisitions) of Chinese enterises, point out the existing main problems at present and propose several suggestions about policy revision.
