摘要
采用水溶液聚合法 ,以硝酸铈铵为引发剂 ,N ,N -亚甲基双丙烯酰胺为交联剂 ,在淀粉接枝共聚丙烯酰胺的基础上添加矿物粉体 ,合成高吸水性复合材料。本文系统地研究了淀粉、交联剂、引发剂、粘土、水解度等聚合条件对复合材料吸水性能的影响 ,制备出的粘土 /有机树脂复合材料具有较高的吸水性及保水性 ,在降低产品生产成本及提高材料综合性能方面具有使用价值。其吸蒸馏水及 0 9%NaCl溶液分别为 30 10 g g- 1和 138g g- 1。
Using ammonium ceric nitrate and N,N-methylene-bis-acrylamide as an initiator and crosslink agent respectively,a super absorbent composite was synthesized by means of water solution polymerization,which was perpared by graft polymerization of acrylamide on starch at the the present of clay suspension.The factors of imfluence on water absorbency had been studied.The suitable preparing condition of the composite was set down by a series of experiments.The influence of starch,clay,the amount of crosslinker,the amount of initiator and hydrolysis degreeon water absorbency for the superabsorbent composite is investigated in this paper.It was significant for reducing the product cost and improving the comprehensive property of the superabsorbent composite.
