摘要
目的快速制备水溶性壳聚糖。方法利用微波辐射 ,用过氧化氢作氧化剂 ,非均相降解高分子量壳聚糖。设计了正交试验法 ,得到最优化反应条件。结果最优反应条件为 5 %过氧化氢、5 %壳聚糖 ,微波辐射功率约40 0W ,辐射 3min ,所得水溶性壳聚糖分子量为 1 .1× 1 0 4 D ,收率可达 60 %。结论微波法制备低聚壳聚糖效果理想 。
PurposeTo prepare water soluble chitosan rapidly and easily.MethodsA water soluble chitosan was prepared using directly oxidative degradation by H 2O 2 under microwave radiation. The process was investigated by orthogonal experimental design.ResultsIt was shown that the best conditions were 5% H 2O 2, 5% chitosan, microwave power about 400 W, and microwave radiation time 3 min, the molecular weight of water soluble chitosan was about 1.1×10 4,the yield was 60%.ConclusionThe effect of preparation of water soluble chitosan by oxidation degradation under microwave radiation is ideal. Microwave radiation may be possibly used in other field of chitosan chemical modification.
