摘要
“德治”是儒家文化的重要内容和基本特征之一。“德治”主要包括为政以德、正人先正己、以民为本、教而后刑等内容 ,其中有很多具有现代价值的宝贵思想财富 ,但其通过道德政治化和政治道德化以维护封建宗法等级制度的做法 ,又阻碍了中国民主与法制的进程。
Morality Ruling is one of the main contents and fundamental features of the ancient culture of Confucian.It includes the management with morality,modifying oneself before criticizing others,basic humanism,education before sentences and so on.There are many treasures in it which represent modern thoughts and values.But in ancient times people maintained feudal hierarchy through morality of politics and politics of morality and thus hindered the development of Chinese democrocy and legislation.
