摘要
文章论述了在提高师范生技能和综合素质的教学方面进行了一些改革 ,采用将课内、课外活动联系起来解决问题的系统设计方案 。
In the paper,the authors' effort to reform the instruction on improving the teaching skills and integrated quality of prospective teachers is introduced, and the issues and problems involved are mentioned. A systematic designing scheme combining in_class and after_class activities is proposed and the scheme proves to be effective in pedagogic practice.
