摘要
中国加入WTO后 ,国内旅游业的融资渠道将更为畅通 ,人才争夺将更加剧烈。但是 ,西部地区旅游企业存在规模偏小、生产要素水平偏低的问题 ,这使其容易在入世之后处于不利地位。由此 ,西部旅游企业可以采用本土规模扩张、联合营销、充分利用垄断性资源、明晰产权、规范管理、分配透明化、企业分工专业化与垂直化等应对策略。
With the entry of China into WTO, the domestic tourism has easier access to loans and faces more intense rivalry over talented personnel. In the West China, tourist enterprises are small in scale and low in essential productive factor level, which puts them at disadvantage and disables them from benefiting by the entry. They can adopt strategies of scale expansion, united marketing, full use of monopoly resources, clarification of ownership, standard administration, clarification of distribution, and specialization and verticality of labour division.
