停搏液对未成熟心肌的保护作用 被引量:6

摘要 当前使用的停搏液是在成年动物实验的基础上研制出来的 ,对发育成熟的心脏可提供极好的心肌保护作用 ,但对婴幼儿尚在发育的心脏 ,不能将适合成人心肌保护方法简单的用于儿童。对未成熟心肌的保护应考虑其特殊性 ,才能研制出适合于未成熟心肌保护的停搏液配方、保护方法等以降低死亡率及合并症发生。本文就近几年有关心脏停搏液对未成熟心肌的保护作用作一综述。
