摘要
目的 :探讨北京蜂胶提取物的防龋效果及其可能的防龋机制。方法 :选 40个颊面正常的离体前磨牙分为 5组 ,采用连续培养变形链球菌形成“人工龋损”的方法 ,比较蜂胶水溶液 (5g/L ,1.2 5g/L)、蜂胶醇溶液 (1.5 6 2 5g/L)、洗必泰 (1.6g/L)、去离子水 (对照 )处理后所形成的人工龋损的深度及脱矿量。结果 :蜂胶醇溶液组和蜂胶水溶液组处理过的牙的龋损深度比对照组变浅 ,脱矿量明显减少 (P <0 .0 5 ) ,5g/L蜂胶水溶液组人工龋损深度和脱矿量在所有实验组中最低。结论 :北京蜂胶提取物有很好的防龋效果 。
AIM:To study the effects and possible mechanisms of Beijing propolis extracts on prevention of dental caries. METHODS:Fourty extracted normal premolars were randomly divided into 5 groups. The buccal surfaces were treated with 5g/L, 1.25g/L watersoluble propolis, 1.5625g/L ethamolic extract of propolis , 1.6g/L chlorhexdine and non-ionic water(control group) respectively. Then artificial caries lesion were formed by means of continuous culture of S.mutance and S.sobrinus. The depth and demineralized amount of artificial caries lesions among 5 groups were compared. RESULTS:The depth and demineralized amount of artificial caries lesions in the groups treated with two kinds of propolis solution were significantly less than that in the control group, and that in the group treated with 0.5% watersoluble propolis was the least (P<0.05). CONCLUSION:Beijing propolis has a effictive role and good exploitable prospect on caries prevention.
