摘要
文章从 2 0 0 1年度公开发表的和学术交流论文入手 ,总结了本年度关于农业立法、农村土地承包法律制度、农村社会发展法律制度以及外国农业立法和 WTO对我国农业立法的影响等方面的研究成果 。
Based on the published and academic exchanging theses in the year of 2001, the article summarizes and give brief comments on the year's agricultural law researches in four aspects: agricultural legislation, laws and regulations of country land contracts, laws and regulations of country social development, foreign agricultural legislation and effects of the entry into the WTO on China's agricultural legislation.
