在生理、外伤、感染或毒性损伤等诱导肝细胞丧失时处于静息高度分化状态的肝细胞开始分裂增殖 ,再生反应被精确而仔细的编排和高度调节 ,肝脏再生调节在多种细胞因子及其它因素协同作用调控下完成。其中HGF、EGF、TGF。
Because of physiological changes, injury, infection or toxic damage etc., highly differentiating hepatocytes begin to proliferate when they are lost. Meanwhile, the regeneration reaction is precisely and carefully arranged and highly regulated and the regulation is cooperatively completed by many cytokines and other factors. Amongst these cytokines, HGF, EGF, TGF, TNF and IL have important roles in initiating and terminating liver regeneration.
