新型250kN曲柄连杆式钢坯飞剪机是一种连续—起停工作制飞剪机,采用了活塞式摩擦块快速气动离合器和制动器,优化了剪切机构,并更新了定尺剪切控制系统。本文介绍了该机的设计原则、技术性能和具体使用情况。
New 250kN crank type flying shear is a shear with continuous and start-stop running system. The pneumatic clutch & brake with piston typed friction block is used, the shearing mechanism is optimized and cut to length control system is renewed. The design principle, technical feature and application of this shear, designed by the Beijing Research Institute of Metallurgical Equipment, is introduced in this paper.
