本文分析了梅山冶金公司二号高炉崩裂事故的原因,主要是:贴补的焊接结构使得单面搭接焊缝承受了变动的剪切应力、低劣的焊接质量严重地削弱了焊缝强度、不当的冶炼操作加重了焊缝承受的应力等。
The main causes of the cracking accident of No.2 blast furnace of Meishan Metallurgical Co. being analyzed in the paper are: variable shearing stress caused by reinforcement with single lap welding; welded seam strength seriously weakened due to poor welded quality; and increased stress on the welded seam because of improper operation.
