摘要
根据轧辊结构特点和轧辊孔型加工的技术关键,针对普通卧式车床,提出轧辊孔型数控强力车削经济型数控改造方案,对数控强力车削进给机构参数及加工路线进行了研究,进给机构中采用蜗轮蜗杆传动副,利用蜗轮蜗杆传动反向自锁性来保证强力切削时传动系统的平稳性。
On the basis of structure characteristic and cutting technology of rolle r,it is advanced that low cost plan of remaking lathe for CNC powerful cu tting roller pass.The methods of CNC powerful cutting roller pass is researched .The parameter of feed mo tion transmission is given.The worm gear pair is used in feed motion trans-mission.In CNC powerful cutting,th e stability of feed motion transmiss ion is ensured by self -locking of worm gear pair .
