摘要
江泽民同志把属于精神文明的道德建设和属于政治文明的法制建设都放到治理国家基本方略的高度来论述 ,并且强调二者的结合 ,这在我们党的历史上还是第一次。这是第三代中央领导集体治国思想的新发展 ,是对马克思主义国家学说的丰富和贡献。
President Jiang zemin discusses the development of morality which belongs to the ethnic civilization and the development of legal system which belongs to the political civilization,He takes the importance of them as the basic strategy of monitoring the country.Moreover he stresses the combination of them.It is the first time in the history of our country,the new ideological development of running the country made by the united effort of third generation central government,the enrichment and contribution of the theories for Marxian country.
