摘要
目的 探讨中晚期非小细胞肺癌的治疗方法。方法 将 6 0例预期生存仅 3～ 6个月的中晚期非小细胞肺癌患者随机分成两组 :(1)治疗组 :放疗的同时用三联广谱化疗药物支气管动脉灌注治疗 ;(2 )对照组 :单用放疗。两组放疗方法相同 ,病灶肿块照射DT6 0GY ,30次 / 4 2d。结果 治疗组有效率、平均缓解期、中位生存期和 1年生存率分别为 93.3%、7.4个月、11个月和 4 6 .7%。对照组分别为6 3.3%、4 .7个月、6 .5个月和 6 .7%。两组差异均有非常显著性 (P <0 .0 1)。结论 放疗联合介入治疗可有效延长晚期非小细胞肺癌患者生存期 。
Objective To study methods of treatment for advanced non small cell lung cancer. Methods 60 patients with advanced non small cell lung cancers whose life expectancy was 3—6 moths were randomly divided into, treatment group and control group with the combination treatment for the former and simple radiotherapy for the latter. The method of radiotherapy was the same in the two groups, with a dose of Dt 60Gy/30f/6wk. In the combination treatment group, included radiation thrapy and interventional treatment with chemotherapeutic drugs. Results The response rate, mean remission period, median survival time and 1 year survival rate in the combination trantment group were 98.3%, 7.4 moths, 11 months and 46.7%, respectively. The outcomes were significantly different from those in the group of patients treated with radiation therapy alone (63.6%, 4.7 months, 6.5 months and 6.7%, respectively, P <0.01). Conclusions Radiotherapy combined with interventional treatment can prolong the survival time and improve quality of life in patients with advanced non small cell lung cances.
