钢筋混凝土中锈蚀产物膨胀倍率的试验研究 被引量:5

摘要 由于钢筋锈蚀产物的微观结构和所处位置特殊 ,对其锈蚀膨胀倍率主要通过试验直接测量得到 ,而这时的膨胀倍率是在锈蚀产物受约束作用下的膨胀倍率值 ,和无约束应力下的实际值相比偏差较大。通过半干通电加速试验的方法来研究钢板锈蚀膨胀性能。通过试验 ,测定了锈蚀产物的膨胀倍率 ,为进一步开展对锈蚀钢筋混凝土力学性能的研究打下了基础。 For its special micro structure and location, the expand multiple of reinforced bar 's corrosion product was often measured directly in experiments, when there was tri stress restrict on it, and the multiple is different from the multiple measured in the condition without any restrict. The expand behavior of the corrosion product was studied in the paper by half dry electrifying accelerate method,and the real expand multiple was measured, which will help to the research on the rust reinforced concrete's mechanic behavior.
